Max's first birthday party was Dr. Seuss themed. The event was held at Kyle's parent's house. They have a wonderful backyard for lounging and swimming. I felt so blessed by all the family and friends that showed up to celebrate my sweet boy. He had fun opening his gifts, eating cake, and swimming with Kyle. Kyle's mom made the most amazing cake...I was truly blown away when I walked in and saw it. It must have taken her hours to decorate! Kyle and I made a special video chronicling Max's first year.
