Henry's Dedication

My nephew, Henry Brooks Paup, was dedicated this weekend at First United Methodist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. It was such a special occasion for many reasons. First and foremost, it is always a wonderful to see a young child dedicated to the Lord by his or her parents! Secondly, the entire Crum/Paup clan showed up in style. We took up 2.5 pews right up front. Luckily, the VBS group (350 children) was performing during the service, so Max and his cool cousins stayed in the sanctuary.
After the dedication, we headed over to a beautiful celebration lunch at Patrizio's. Mr. and Mrs. Paup know how to host a luncheon! The food was heavenly and there were plenty of toys available to keep the Crum/Paup kids busy. Most of all, I just loved spending time with my family. We are all very busy with jobs, kids, church, friends, etc... that it was a blessing to be with one another on such a special day.
Thank you Henry Brooks Paup for bringing us together! We love you!
