A Blessed Weekend

On Saturday I was able to celebrate one of my dearest friend's upcoming wedding with a fun couples shower. Angie and Drew are getting married in June and I could not be more excited! I have been friends with Angie since 8th grade, lived with her in college, and have remained close since. She has been there through all life's ups and downs and is the definition of a true and best friend. It was a blessed weekend as many of our friends showed up to celebrate. Cora was able to meet one of my other college roommates Lauren and her husband Phil the day after the shower. She of course adored both of them and had lots of smiles for Phil. I think she has a little crush:). Angie, Lauren, Mel, and I lived together in college and it will forever be some of the best years of my life. These girls are simply amazing and I know our friendship will continue into the golden years. Kyle's mom made the shower cake to match the invitation and it was delicious and beautiful...she is a true talent! This weekend reminded me how blessed I am to have such loving and supportive people in my life.
