Good News!

We had a great appointment today at Children's Dallas. No surgery needed for our little girl! Amen! We are overjoyed that she will not have to endure an operation and recovery. We will visit the cardio in three months to check her progress. Now we will begin to tackle her GI issues and eating problems. We have a GI appointment on Tuesday and are hoping to get in to the feeding specialist in two weeks. From what I can tell, Cora has something called dysmotility. This means her digestive tract moves slowly thereby making her eat less, vomit, and have trouble with the bathroom. I pray we can work with doctors to help her system work better so that she can eat more and gain weight. For today though, we are going to focus on our fabulous cardo results!!!
